We ship within 24-72 hours after the confirmation of the order.

Request for change, replacement or refund of your order:
1. Damage caused during transport:

Once we approved we will take appropriate steps to ensure that the incident is resolved as soon as possible, usually in 24 hours. Any returns will be permitted without previously authorization.

Finally, if all goes normally and the products received are in good condition, we will refund your money.

4. Cancellation of orders for other reasons.
